Got a survey for my service work at the dealership....

Thank you for taking the time to complete our dealership survey as your feedback helps us to continually improve. As a reminder, you will receive a survey from General Motors in the coming weeks and we appreciate you taking the time to fill out that survey as well.

While your experience at our dealership wasn't ideal, transparency is important to us. Feel free to share your feedback on the review sites shown below.

"I have never had a real good experience at this dealership, even when purchasing the vehicle the sales associate seemed rushed, disinterested in my sale. The first time I brought in my car I felt like the associates I had spoken with were rude and discourteous. This last encounter was no different. The associates were rude. I had brought my car in early and still they kept my car over night even when they could not get the car to replicate the issue, this made me feel as though they had over booked their obligations and just did not get to looking at my car especially when the only thing done to it was some lubricant applied to the BCM connectors. (Even now I do not feel assured by this fix and I will be taking my car into my mechanic to check over their work.) If that wasn't bad enough, I got my car back and one of my tail lights was not working. I brought in my car to look at my brake lights (because of the GM recall). I didn't even leave the parking lot before discovering one of the tail lights was not working. Whether or not I had brought my car in for that bulb or not, hey were servicing my tail lights, that should not have been over looked. They brought my car back into the service department and still 'didn't see' that 3 of my 4 lights were working until I pointed to the broken light. This would never have occurred at my normal mechanic. There is a reason I have not returned to this service department since 2011. In 2011, when I came to the dealership was because of a wheel bearing, and it was covered under my warranty. I was so displeased with the service I hadn't returned, not even to get an oil change. I rather spend more money at my mechanic shop to get reliable work done on my car. I only came to the dealership because of the recall. I find this very disheartening as my previous cars have been GM (Buick) and they have been great cars, but I am afraid that I will have to reconsider my next car purchase. And I warn my friends to steer clear of this dealership."

My father worked for a Chevrolet dealership and saw similar issues. If anything my father is good at it's doing the job right. At least the one he gets paid for anyway...
